Adding Non-Drug Allergies

Vision Anywhere supports the recording of both drug and non-drug allergies.

To add a non-drug allergy:

1. Open an Encounter.
   
2. Enter 'a' in the dynamic data entry bar and select the Non-drug allergy form:
   

   

3. The add Non-Drug Allergy form displays. Enter the causative agent, as you type the smart list returns options, select as appropriate:

   

4. Select the triangle to record:
   • Certainty
   • Severity
5. Enter any comments in Notes.
6. Select Save to finish.
